White Magnum Bonum and Zwetsche Bohemian Plum

Cultivated since the sixtteenth century, White magnum bonum has many names.   The French name is Dame Aubert, other names are Egg plum, White Egg, Askew's Golden Egg and White Imperial.   Its good flavour and reliability are the reasons for its uninterrupted history and it has also been used to breed further cultivars.

Bohemian Zwetsche also known as Common Zwetche and Quetsche Hobgroise is a good flavoured, late cropping culinary plum.
